BASEBALL OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING To stay in shape and reduce chances for injury when the spring season starts, student athletes who plan to play baseball during with at LHS can choose to participate in off-season conditioning. Off-Season Workouts in January and February Mondays (starting January 8) and Wednesdays - 3:45pm - 4:45pm in LHS weight room Tuesdays (starting January 9) and Thursdays - Elite Training Facility 4:00pm to 5:30pm; Saturdays from 10:00-12:30pm * Please contact Coach Peterson for more information: Derrick.Peterson@jeffco.k12.co.us *Click on the 'Calendar Tab' to check the schedule.
