To stay in shape and reduce chances for injury when the spring season starts, student athletes who plan to play baseball during with at LHS can choose to participate in off-season conditioning.

Off-Season Workouts
November and December
Mondays and Wednesdays - 3:45pm - 4:45pm in LHS weight room
Thursdays (starting November 7 to December 12) ) - 3:45pm- 4:45pm on the Turf Field
January and February
Mondays and Wednesdays - 3:45pm - 4:45pm in LHS weight room

Spring 2025 CHSAA Season starts February 24th, 2025

Registration will Open in mid-January and will close February 24
Students must be registered and receive clearance in order to participate in any part of the CHSAA season (tryouts, practices, etc.)
