Summer 2024 Workouts
As an opportunity to stay in shape, condition for the fall season and meet other LHS students interested in cross country -
Starts on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. First day of Practice is August 12th.
Requirements to come to Summer run practices-
- STAY HOME IF YOU FEEL SICK
- Need a phone to run with
- Need a water bottle that is labeled with your name on it
- Need to have a signed waiver given to Ms. Archer or emailed to her at (see form below if you don’t have access on Classroom)
- An Insurance waiver needs to be given to one of the coaches at your first practice in order to participate.
- We will not have access to the building, take care of your needs before practice!

***Summer Run incentives: If you attend 10 Summer Runs, you get a prize! If you have work and can’t attend Summer Runs, but track them on Strava you will get a prize after running 150 miles.***
