Fall 2023 Practice Schedule
- Pre-Season Camp (first week in August) - optional
- Typically Mon - Fri 4:00-6:00pm (most likely) in the Auxiliary Gym at LHS
- An opportunity to get a head start on team bonding, conditioning, and skill building.
- First Day of Practice - Monday, August 7
All registration paperwork must be completed. Registration opens late July.
August 7, 2023 - October 26, 2023
Days: Monday - Friday
Time: usually 3:45pm - 6pm
Place: Auxiliary Gym
