May - Mondays from 4:00-5:30pm in the Weight Room for Strength & Conditioning; Thursdays from 4-6pm in large gym for Open Gym workout.
June & July - Mondays and Thursdays from 4-6pm in the large gym for Open Gym workouts (No workout 6/5)

Monday, August 4 - Practice for fall season begins
Girls Flag Football
Flag Football Summer Competition and Skills Sessions will be held June 9, 11, 17, 19, and 24th. Times will be 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
We will meet on our field that is located west of the Softball Field.
These sessions will be full of fundamentals, Routes, and Competitions such as 4 on 4 and 7 on 7 Games.
Pre-Season Camp will be August 4-7; 6:00-8:00 PM.
Boys Soccer
Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning from 8am-10am on the turf field. Workouts start June 2 and end August 1. No workout on July 4.
